Contest aims to bring dog park to Mustang | Families

A Yukon woman, and her little dog too, are in the finals of a national competition that aims at bringing a dog park to Mustang.

Tami Tomlison and her little dog Cooper have their sights set on the Beneful $500,000 Dream Dog Park Makeover Contest.

Tomlison says "Cooper's Town" would be a baseball-themed park full of toys and games for the dogs.

It would divided into several areas based on the size of the dogs and what types of games and activities are in each area.

Tami and Cooper have made it to the final 12 and now need your help to win

.Guests can visit the Beneful website and vote for their favorite idea once per day.

The public rank will account for 20% of the final score with the judges declaring the ultimate winner.

The contest runs through Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012.
